How will you despatch my order?
We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 10 working days of despatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.
How do I check the status of my order?
We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. On receiving your order, Mebaz will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we despatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and Mebaz will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
All prices are inclusive of packing, shipping and handling.
Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollars?
No matter from which part of the world (except India) you place an order at www.mebaz.com, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered. Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item. The final price of an item is the INR value converted from the US$ price displayed on the site and is dependent on the exchange rate prevailing between the US$ and the Indian Rupee. This INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to Mebaz. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. Mebaz has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).
Can I return an item?
Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Mebaz outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Do I have to pay customs duty at my end?

Shipping of boxed gifts
Special moments and emotional occasions demands personalization. At Mebaz we believe in respecting every request made by our customer. However, an outfit/item which is gift-wrapped at Mebaz, may not reach the final destination in the same condition. This may be due to delivery procedures which may bring about wear and tear to the gift wrapped box. Under rare conditions it may even be opened by customs authority at either end for verification. If this ever happens to our customers, Mebaz will not be responsible in the event of such an incident.
